Shipping Information

Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped from our local warehouses in Switzerland within 3–4 business days via Swiss Post.

  • Pre-ordered or made-to-order jewelry ships approximately 8 weeks after the order is placed.

Shipping Within Switzerland

  • Free shipping on all orders

International Shipping

Available on request.

Order Minimums

  • EU Shipping: available for orders of CHF 50.00 or more

  • USA, Singapore & China: available for orders of CHF 150.00 or more

Important: VAT and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival. These charges are collected by the local postal service.

International Shipping Rates

European Union (via Swiss Post)

  • Orders CHF 50.00 – 199.00: CHF 15.00 (excludes import taxes)

  • Orders CHF 200.00 and above: Free shipping (excludes import taxes)

United States (via Swiss Post)

  • Flat rate: CHF 25.00 (excludes import taxes)

DHL Shipping Option

We also offer DHL shipping with tracking and insurance.
The cost will be calculated separately and communicated by email.

If you paid a shipping amount in advance, it will be credited toward the final DHL cost.
