PAYMENT
We accept the following payments methods:
- TWINT
- Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Apple Pay) through Stripe
- PayPal
- On request: Bank Deposit to our ZKB (Switzerland) or N26 (Germany) bank accounts
SHIPMENTS
We ship from our local warehouses in Switzerland within 2-4 days with the Swiss Post.
Most of our products are packaged and shipped by Züriwerk in Zürich. Züriwerk is a social institution that is committed to the social and economic participation of people with disabilities. For more information go to Our Impact.
Pre-ordered products which are not on stock, such as made-to-order jewelry, are shipped within approx. 8 weeks after order.

On request and for a minimum purchase order of CHF 50.00 we ship to selected EU countries, as well as to the USA.
Please note that VAT taxes must be payed upon entry of our products to the EU and USA which will be charged and collected by your local post office.

We also have the possibility to ship with DHL (includes tracking number & insurance). The costs will be calculated separately and communicated by e-mail. The shipping cost paid in advanced is credited to the amount charged by DHL.
